About the Event
Introduction to High-Quality hPSC Culture
We will begin with a general overview of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), followed by an illustration of the critical attributes for high-quality cultures and our tools and resources to support scientists to meet these needs. We will showcase our healthy control human iPSC lines, Genome-Edited human iPSC lines, iPSC lines derived from patients with Parkinson's disease and pre-made differentiated human iPSC progenitor and precursor cells
Exploring hPSC Differentiation Options
We will provide an overivew of hPSC differentiation options in 2D and 3D cultures, and include examples of generating co-cultures to develop more complex neural models
Q&A and Follow-Up Opportunities
The workshop will conclude with a dedicated discussion session for all participants
