About the Event
Chiral HPLC is necessary when analyzing stereoisomers as often for biologically active molecules only a single enantiomer is active, and the other may show an antagonistic function, or even be toxic. Chiral HPLC differs from achiral HPLC in how the resolution is obtained and optimized, and this webinar aims to show how the process can be undertaken from screening chiral phases to the optimisation of the method to obtain a robust and reproducible chiral HPLC method.
